Ankit is a Director with Regulus Investment and Financial Services Ghana Limited and a founder at Regulus Ventures.He has more than a decade of experience in the financial and investment markets in India and Ghana. He heads the business function and is driving strategic initiatives for the organization by expanding the product offerings and bringing innovative solutions aimed at strengthening the existent financial markets.

Mr.Hitesh Makhija

Hitesh Makhija is a seasoned finance professional with over 16 years of diversified experience deeply entrenched in shaping financial strategies and optimizing operations across various sectors and geographies. With focus on Africa for the past decade, Hiteshpossesses a deep understanding of the continent’s intricate terrain, having worked directly in more than 10 out of its 54 countries. His expertise and success lie in navigating the complexities of African markets and thus contributing significantly to the growth and success of ventures within the region.

Mrs.Shivani Makhija

A seasoned professional, Shivani brings to the Board a deep-seated knowledge of financial technology and an unparalleled understanding of the forex sector. In her capacity, she is responsible for the growth of Regulus Investment and Financial Services Ghana Limited and Regulus Ventures. She plays a key role in directing and controlling the company’s operations, giving strategic guidance, and managing its business while ensuring that the company meets its statutory obligations.
