Regulus Venture is an Angel Investing Platform where Investors meet the start upsto provide funding to them and help them grow. It also helps the Investors to get the maximum value for their investment by investments in curated start ups.
Regulus ventures selects the eligible Start Ups through a rigorous process of due diligence and curation. The Selected Start Ups are listed on the platform for the investors to express their interest. Then Start Upsand Investors are introduced to each other and transaction is completed. Post transaction theStart Upis monitored, Hand held and incubated by the Experts and necessary support is provided.

The Start ups can register its interest by providing the information required and uploading their Pitch deck through the website. The information will be screened by the team of Regulus Ventures and if it passes the initial screening then further information will be asked by the team of Regulus Ventures for the due diligence process. After the successful completion of due diligence the Venture will be listed on the platform for investors to make investments.
The documentation requirement at the first screening is the detailed pitch deck with the required information. In the detailed Due Diligence the list of further requirements will be communicated.
The criteria to Evaluate the start up or the ventures is a blend of quantitative and qualitative analysis. As the requirement and the stages of the start ups differ from each other the criteria may differ. Broadly the start ups are evaluated for:

  • Product Feasibility

  • Legal and regulatory

Regulus Ventures has a dedicated team of experts for conducting the due diligence. Also with our broad network of professionals we take required assistance as and when necessary.
Regulus will provide post funding support for Start Ups who have secured funding through our platform.
Currently there are no joining fees for the start ups

Investors

The Investor can register through the website.
From the Start ups who register their interest on the platform Regulus selects the eligible Start Ups by conducting a multiple stage due diligence process to ensure that the interest of the investors are safeguarded.
Regulus Ventures collects the basic details of the Investors as required by the law.
On the platform, the investor can express interest on any Start Up clicking on the Show interest button or by connecting on the contact provided on the website.
Most of the information which the investors might need are hoisted on the platform itself. If they need any specific information, then they can write to the team on the email given on the platform.
The Membership fee for the 1st year is completely waived off and there will be charges from 2nd year. There will be transaction fee for making the investments.

By becoming a member in Regulus ventures, you can diversify your investment portfolio across multiple companies available at the platform.
Currently there is no minimum investment amount on Regulus Ventures.
The business will send a periodic report to Regulus Ventures as agreed at the time of investment. Then the team at Regulus will analyze the results and prepare a detailed report on the performance of the business. The reports will be sent to all the investors who have invested in the venture by email.
Regulus will be sending monthly update on the investment portfolio and quarterly update on the results of the Start Ups.

You will get a copy of your share issue certificate over your email. If you need any hardcopy of the share certificate then you can write an email from your registered email address to your RM.
